Technical no two factor authentication code

i just logged in back because i took a break from the game months ago but now i cant access the my account and information tab because it asks me for an authentication code but i didn't receive any email for the said code. is there a fix for this?

log out from forum > go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve > " 2 step auth removal"

If it does not work send an email to [email protected] instead

it seems my account was hacked when i finally able to open my account i saw a log in that is not in my country when i checked my toons in game the inventories and banks were wiped clean :( is there a way to report this?

Maybe you can open a ticket on website to report what happend if you are premium but you should not be able to recover anything ( you can recover only things you bought via warmane store)
