    My characters?

    I just downloaded the client after being gone for a few years. I am not seeing my characters. Were they deleted?

    on what realm were they? Deathwing/Ragnaros ?

    Those 2 realms have been merged into "Icecrown" so in that case you have to send an email to [email protected] to know if it is possible to recover them ( or by opening a ticket on website if premium account)
