Burning Crusade Disconnected from server

Hi, I just started playing BC here last night. After downloading I had no problem getting on, 1st try. This morning, however, when I try to log in it shows 'Authenticating' for a split second and then 'Disconnected from server'
I am using wow.exe to launch and I've changed the realmlist.wtf file to read...
set realmlist logon.warmane.com
set patchlist logon.warmane.com
My internet is working fine, am I missing something ?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Figured it out I think...
Made the mistake earlier of using wow launcher, reset everything.
Afterwards I updated realm list etc.
But finally, to make it work, I deleted changlog file in WTF folder.
At least I hope that's why it's working now.

Correct solution was the path...
