Hi GM,
I need help because my account was banned and I am not sure why, prior to me getting banned all of my gold, emblems of frost and triumph, and honor points were all missing. It is not a visual bug and I was not allowed to purchase anything. please help

Someone logged on your account and took them. And now your account is banned because of that persons actions. Make a ban appeal using support system on website here or send an email to [email protected] to get your ban removed. Your gold, emblems and honor can not be restored. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.

i literally devoted so much time in to getting my emblems.. theres nothing that can be done are you kidding me? its not even my fault that i got hacked

That's how it works here. Only items that were purchased with coins can be restored. It might not be your fault but 2 step authentication can protect your account from it.

Same happened to me in january.. lost 7 characters worth of gold emblems etc. and thats since snowman farm.

This happened to you before and you didn't enable duel auth then? Not to be a jerk but.. it does kinda sound like your fault that this happened to you again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...

He's clearly dodging to discuss two step,so it seems like he is too lazy to turn it on,witch should not be the case if you already lost so much,it would be logic that you turned it on.So that brings me to next 2 scenarios,you may not have aces to accounts e-mail address or you switch between multiple pcs so you need to authenticate all the time and it's annoying so you switched it off,anyhow feeling sucks for sure but you need to protect your account properly.
