Having issues getting in game

Hey i was wondering if anyone could answer a few questions for me, I downloaded the MoP torrent linked on the website, but after reading the instructions and watching many videos i still cant find the solution to my problem. The realmlist.wtf folder doesn't exist in any of the files downloaded, it isnt in data>enGB or anywhere else. so i tried creating my own realmlist.wtf folder and pasting the warmane logon info into the text file & I'm still getting an error that's telling me to try running it as administrator or contact blizzard support (btw yes i have tried running as admin). Just wondering if anyone else has ever encountered this problem and what i can do to fix it because i would really love to play, Thanks!

1. if you have downloaded the client from Warmane website you only need to run the game from wow.exe.
Everything is alrealy setted, you do not need to touch anything.
Btw on MoP client the realmlist is located here: "Wtf" folder > "config.wtf" file

2. for the "run as administrator problem" you have to do this:
follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
