WotLK Dk Quest problem, Valanar Stuck

Hello guys,

I know that there were half of threads on this forum about problem with DK starting world but hear me out.
My nick is Cadaverus in game.
I have started playing with DK and i was enjoying it until ive noticed that there are no more quests.
Since i have read everything that exist online i felt urgent need to write a full problem post.
1. I have done mailbox quest and i also have issue with it- when i come to the mailbox it is marked with yellow ? everytime even though i got the letter from it and there ISNT anything inside mailbox so this is the 1st issue.
2. I have turned on Find Low Level Quests and i have walked trough ALL map and there isnt ANY.
3. When i come to Valanar to take next quest as each one of you good guys online said that needs to be done, Valanor just give me an option to press GOODBYE.
4. Most importrant thing is that EVERY time im near Valanor, game crashes with ERROR 132. I HAVE 8 GB OF RAM and FREE RAM is always 6 GB. WIndows 10 64 bit included and activated.
5. i have done UI reset ( deleted CACHE, changed Interface to InterfaceOld and WTF to WTFOld) and i DONT HAVE ANY ADDONS.
So now im stuck on DK world without any solution and cant progres anmy further!
Is there a help or i just have to stop playing this game?

Check your buffs. Some quest gives buff that might get you stuck in another phase. Without more specific details, like which quests you did last, it's hard to tell what else the problem could be. You can try to make a support ticket in game. If there is something wrong with your character, a GM should be able to fix it.

Thanks for fast reply. My last quest was getting a mount and
on youtube i saw right now that Valanar has to give me a
quest that ia called The gift that keeps on giving , where i
go to mine and turn miners into ghouls but i never get that
quest. Mailbox issue is that it always has mark and i
already took anything. How to open in game ticket i tried
ond esc but cant find it?

How to create a ticket

That quest is when the phasing bug could happen. Did you try dying? That might bring you back to the correct phase. If not, a GM should be able to fix it after you make a support ticket.
