    Password expired

    All my accounts have been password reseted, and i have lost the email accounts from 2 of my accounts, what can i do?

    i hear today many players could not login due to this forced password reset, has some information leaked or?

    should we consider changing passwords to completely new ones?

    should we consider changing passwords to completely new ones?
    Nothing has been leaked, we implemented a password expiry system, too many people met a certain criteria that was scary infact, 1/100th of the community maintaining their accounts security didn't look good at all.

    This affects players that are slightly inactive, with no 2FA enabled and no password changes for years, with all the recent account sharing, trading, selling, xyz server leaked, we had very little options to help players maintain their accounts properly.

    Some players will receive a password expiry notice on login to confirm and update, the more serious cases have been force-expired because of multiple locations (countries) logging into one account meeting the criteria.

    Ok since here we have a response from the staff.....
    I want to ask what should be the proper way to address this issue to the support, so people who still play but somehow lose their acc can get it back.
    I'v already submitted an ingame ticket ...still no respond.
    Should i send an e-mail to : [email protected] as well and what kind of info i need to provide if, for example i can't exactly remember the registered e-mail address?
    I'v tried to recover the e-mail address with the acc recovering tools but it says that this acc are not exist or it's already been activated.

    Well im waiting for response for 3 days. So i guess they have more important thing to do. We have to wait.

    You have to send an email or make a support ticket on website if you have another premium account. Ingame tickets are for ingame issues. GMs in game can not help you with this.
