"Unable to connect"

This is the message I'm receiving when trying to log in. I did notice the realm that I play on is full.
Is it an unrelated issue or is that just what this server does rather than putting me in a queue or taking me to the realms list?

I can't log in, stuck at Authenticating, after 10 sec I get disconnected from the server.
