Burning Crusade Loot bug on karazhan - prince kill

Dear Game Masters. We have killed Prince 10 minutes ago at 22.15 2018.06.04. with a PUG team made by myself i was the raid leader with my shaman (Heedmycall). after the kill ppl who dont needed stuff started to leave, and 3-4 ppl leaved the party. there was 2 shamans in the grp me and ownax and we rolled for the headpiece token, i wonned but during the boss bugged and i was not able to loot the boss anymore.... can you help me? i made a lot of screenshots that proves my words. thank you game masters.

Only items you bought with coins can be restored. There is no support for any other lost items.

i think that was not fair. 10 people fighted for 3 hours to get these loots, and at the end its goes waste because a BUG. Game masters should work on these and help out players! i donated on my other accounts a lot of money, and i dont donate more if they dont help me out with this. couse its just not fair from my point of view.

It might not be fair but that's how it works here. If it's same as on wotlk, loot disappears when the player who pulled the boss leaves the group.
