WotLK which realm of wotlk are instant 80?

Hi

i have a question, which realm of wotlk are instant 80?
I ask because i saw the server in a reddit lista of private servers, but only says warmare instant 80, so i dont know wich realm is that icecrown or other. Or if instant 80 is for another expansion.
I wanna know because i want to download the right expansion to play in instant 80.

Blackrock realm is instant 80 only pvp ( so for duels, Bgs, Arena)
