Donted for 33 coins, locked for 72 hours

There are multiple topics on this, but i still dont get it.
As i understand, coins that are bought through donation isn't locked. They weren't the first time i bought a char atleast.
I currently have 30 coins that are locked in my account, and i wanted to buy a char from the market. I therefor donated for 33 coins (because i know they arent locked), but it still says they are locked. This is extremely annoying since someone else i probably going to buy the char. I feel like its bugging out because i had the 30 coins that are locked, but i should be having the following amount on my acount:

30 locked coins
33 non-locked coins.

What to do? I made a ticket in-game, but ppl say the GM's dont answer those because its forum related.

It might be a bug because you already had some locked coins. You can try to make a support ticket on website here.
