Hey warmane staff!

First off i want to say thank you for these servers. You are doing a great job!

I went in and got myself the dualspec function. My offhand was completly gone when i logged in again.
I understand the reason and as i suspected it turned up in my ingame mail. I couldnt loot it from the mail and
in frustration i accidently pressed "return". It seems to be forever gone now.

Anything you guys can do about it?
Only reason im writing is cause iam poor ingame, lol!

ps - cant ticket for anything but ban appeals?

Only items that were bought with coins can be restored. There is no support for any other missing items. If you didn't buy it with coins and it doesn't return to you with a mail again, you will have to get a new one yourself.
