Can't refund?

I can't refund the following item: [Ahn'Kahar Blood Hunter's Handguards] - on my character "Wealthy", Icecrown Server.

It says: You may sell this item to a vendor within 1 hour 26 min for a full refund. (Originally 2 hours)

Normally It is refundable, I do not want it, since I already have the upgraded version. I would like to refund it in order to get my emblems of frost back.

I did not enchant the item of make it non refundable in any kind of way.

Please tell me what I must do in order to refund it.

You go to the vendor where you bought the item and sell it back, what issue are you having?

As I said, "I can't refund the following item".
The vendor does not take the item!
Right clicking it, or other attempts to sell it, do not work!

I think it's a bug, a staff member hopefully can look after this issue :(

Have you put the engineering speed on them? That's an enchant also.
Returns work fine for me. Does it maybe say that you're able to trade it, was it won in VOA?

There is no support for items obtained in game. Staff members won't fix it for you. If you can't sell it to a vendor and get a refund, you get to keep it.

I don't see share that idea "anyone0"...
As it is a bug of warmane, I think, they would want to fix it, and give me my well earned emblems of frost back. It would be a big waste, and they would lose a customer...
