Hi Support,
i'm writing you about the account of my soon.

we he try to log in the web site ask for the google authenticator code but he change the phone and doesn't have no more the warmane profile on it.
Please can you unlock his profile?

1. Remove account name from your post, it is not safe.
2. Log out from this account > go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve > "two factor auth removal"
3. if it does not work, send an email to [email protected] instead
