Question about new PVP gear in season 4

Hello - I am wondering whether or not there is going to be a higher level of pvp neck/rings than the ones currently available for honor points purchase once brutal is released?

I am a newer 70 and currently gearing up, I really want to spend some of my honor but not if there will be higher level honor offpieces/jewerley out soon. Also how much more will these pieces cost each?

I think most people assume S4 will start on July 8th, but no one knows but the staff.
