Site I donated, money was taken from my account but "Transaction not complete"

Money was taken from my credit card but no points were given to my account, "Transaction not complete" was displayed... I would either like a refund or my points (I did the 20 coins donation).

How can I submit a support ticket?

Same thing happened to me just now. I also donated 20 euros. Can someone plz help us

I contacted Payment Wall about the transaction, they have said that it failed due to secured 3D checked failure. I'm assuming the transaction we are seeing come out of our account is a "Visa Hold" and should be released back to our account once its completed. I'll post once I have figured it out.

I've also contacted them and they said the same to me. I also called my bank and they told me that money should come back after 7 days.

Warmane has little to nothing to do with that, it's just paymentwall and your bank.
You won't get much support on the forums here other than being told to email paymentwall support... gl with that.

they might need to update their donation system to Paypal or something more reliable, missing out on a decent amount of money I would donate.

paypal will never happen. they used it in the past and got screwed over.
