Technical Old account password expired, can't remember the email

I played like years ago with an old account but as soon as i logged in it said "password expired" and it sent me new password on an old email that i can't even remember the name because i don't have access to that anymore ... i was gonna login with the old password and change email since i can't remember it
but it automatically changed password for no reason as soon as i logged in ...can you guys help me out here ? I think i had characters there i can't even remember the names because it's been long, even telling me what the old email was will help me recover it because i believe i did use the same password.
