I was trying to open ticket about that, but not succeeded.

Anyway... Today item was removed from me and placed into the mail. When I received it back and tried to equip it it gives error message "You can never equip this item". It's not something new I got with badges, it's from PvP set, but I still can't wear it.
By talking to other players, I understood that it's not only my problem, but many people suffer from same issue.
How to fix that? What I do?
