12 Year ban ! need urgent help !

my main account has been banned for 12 years on the basis of coin theft.
i havent played wow in over 2 years cause of my work , i found time recently and wanted to get back into the mess , but to my surprise i found my id was banned for 12 years due to coin theft , tbh i dont even know how to do coin theft i have never mingled with coins . i just wish to find some help regarding my issue i opened a ticket and waited for 4 hours just to get a reply im sure the staff is really busy but if someone notices my plea , i would kindly request to revert.
i would really like to have my account back considering i have not done anything and hoping that this misunderstanding can be cleared .

P.S : i tried opening a ticket on that account but it says the services are not available on that account !

If you can't make a ticket on website, send an email to [email protected] instead. Someone probably logged on your account and stole (or tried stealing) your coins. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
