Update: I checked on other horde char and I don't have any bug there. Tried to relog, /reload, nothing. This is the hall from the duel area to the entry in Orgrimmar. And it doesn't load any mob in the entire city or player.

No, you aren't banned. Your character is just phased due to a quest.
You can either complete the quest or open a ticket so a GM can phase you back to normality.
