1. [ANSWERED]Ingame GM support

    Where do i start?


    Ok, i'll explain what happened.

    I'm a new player here. I started playing 2 weeks ago with few of my buddies and I bought "Grand Ice Mammoth" mount so two of my friends can ride it with me. After i bought it I saw it was bugged. I checked here @ Bugtracker to see if this was already reported and i saw it was reported over 2 years ago by multiple people. So i submitted a ticket if its possible to delete this bugged mount from my character and refund me the 8000gold because clearly this bug wont be fixed soon.

    After almost 36h wait i got the response to submit a ticket here on the webpage at the bugtracker and wait for the issue to be fixed.


    WTF? Really ?!?!!?

    I dont really care about my ingame problem anymore. Its just the nature of the response that got to me.


    Can your GM staff be more usefull/helpfull and not just paste the generic responses to people? Do your GMs even check what is going on @ Bugtracker?

    No wonder you have "High volume of petitions" all the time if people are getting responses like that.


    What about personal chats with a gm when he is reviewing your ticket? Why is that not a thing here?


    I also saw many complains about ingame ticket reports where people reported BOTs and after a day or more they got answer that your GMs will look into that stuff? I mean.... those BOTs maybe wont be there anymore in the next hour, and if you get tons of similar reports about the same issue thats not really helping anybody and you will just get more "tickets"/spam.

    Another example:
    What if there is a guy who wants to play a DK but he cant complete a quest chain because something is bugged? He submits a ticket and then because of all the other spam you have he must wait 1-2 days to get a response? Thats not acceptable.


    I am aware you have lots of issues to deal with but come on...
    Quality > Quantity.


    I was once a GM at Lineage2 MMORPG and maybe i care too much about this. I'm sorry things like that really do piss me off.

    I understand your concerns. However, you have to keep in mind we have a lot of players playing and you cannot expect instant nor super quick responses. Regarding your issue, gms cannot help with such issues of refunding. I will show this to Head GM and see his thought about this.
