    Characters Missing

    Good Day i am a returning player and back a little while ago on the ragnaros server )i know you guys don't have that server anymore) i donated to buy gear for a warlock I had and I was wondering if there is anyway to get the character back and or get the coins back that i donated for back then (i don't know if this is possible).

    all molten characters were lost. everyone had to start over.
