    I lost my characters in neltharion

    I heard that we can transfer characters from neltharion to LK and MoP. But my characters were gone when i check for them on website. I still can not see them. Also Cataclysm expansion is not installed So i can not log in game. Tried to create ticket but its just for ban appeal. What should i do?

    I think they were doing a cleanup few months ago.. my hunter is missing altho druid who i had spent coins on is still there.
