I've been fooled by a player. I had mats and I needed to create an item. As usual, I wrote a message in chat to find a creator. When I found, I gave him my mats, he agreed to create me the item but then he pretended that he didn't get any mats and didn't want to give me back the mats. What should I do to punish this player?

Now nothing, they're gone and there's no proof.
Next time take a bunch of screenshots or, even better, a video and make a ticket if he does scam you.

Without screenshots there's no evidence and there's no crime.

just out of curiosity, I have no screenshot of the explicit trade of a recent scam, but the guy who scammed me even admitted in chat that he "robbed" me

usually idc about those few 100 golds but since the guy even admitts it in chat would this be suifficient for a ban? Else I bait another scam of him and fraps the entire process if you need more solid proof, as I said I dont mind the gold as long as these guys get their accounts permabanned at some point.
