WotLK Rubber banding in game with good fps / latency ?

Hey guys i am a new player playing on Icecrown and for some reason my character is rubber banding all the time even tho i do have constant 20-30 ms and 120 fps all the time. Strange thing is that everyone and everything except my character seems perfectly fine. This happens all the time and it doesnt matter if i am for example in SW or not. Can someone help me please?

Have you tried blowing out the inside of your PC? Often dust will pile up on the internals and cause things to slow down. You could also try putting a fresh coat of thermal paste on the CPU. Another thing you can try, but is not recommended because it can cause instability issues, ctrl+alt+del, got to task manager, right click on wow.exe, and set the priority to high.
