Technical Problem

Hello.
So i waited already 3 days with Two Factor Authentication: Enabled ~.
I bought coins on web to get premium account.
But I can't still sell my gold for coins on web because i have error ,, You are not eligible to sell via the trading system ".
I asked many ppl about this error and no one knows what should i do .

Could someone say to me what should i do ~?

Mhm select realm, your char must be max lvl, then select item trade and sell :)

Dude im not stupid - I have 80 lvl Rogue and I want to sell 67k gold but i have this error :-)

Selling on trade section seems to require a donation of at least 10 euros. If you donated lower amount, it won't work. If that's not the problem, you can try to make a support ticket on website here.

Everything would be okey but I asked my Guild what they think about this - and they told me ,,I donated 1 coin also and i can put auction on web "

I have donated 1 euro on a few accounts and those accounts can not sell anything on trade. And there have been a few other threads about it. It might depend on donation method or when the donation was made.
