5 day ninja ban

I have been banned for ninja loot in dungeons. That's how the story goes: I was in a random lich king heroic dungeon with my restoration druid and I needed on an agility ring item for off spec. I won the item and i get banned for ninja in dungeons. I red the forum topic abaut the rules and I totally convinced about that I have been banned wrongfully because in the topic this was claimed about group loot: ,,- Player need rolling (group loot) on items which he cannot even use." I could use the item for my off spec so truly dont know why I got the ban. (Thank you for your reply in advance!)
