    Quest 'Protecting the Shipment' is bugged

    I'm currently questing in Loch Modan when I stumbled upon the 'Protecting the Shipment' quest. It says I have to escort Miran to the excavation site, but when accepting the quest, Miran does not move making it impossible to escort him. Does anyone know if there is a fix? I tried abandoning, reloading and restarting but none of it seems to work.
