Technical Ip Addres Ban

Hi, after 2 days without play I try to log in today but it says I'm banned for advertising when I join www.warmane.com/account/ I looked what my last connection was 4 hours aggo and at that time I was sleeping, reading the forum I can see what I'm not the only one affected.
I've seen u telling others what they are responsable for their account security but this is obviously a HACKER.
My question is if theres is something to do to get back my account and if is not possible atleast tell me how much time is the ban because i cant even see that.

Hi man, exactly the same happened to me today. Yesterday i didnt use my account, but today when i tried to log in game, it says that my account has been terminated. when i joined here and logged on website, i can see "your account has been banned due to advertising" and when i search for my last time online, it says "7 hours ago" wich wasnt me because i was asleep at that time xd. if they give you a response, please tell us here what they told you :3 i'lldo the same. For the time being i think il try to send them an email explaining my situation

Make a ban appeal using support system on website here. If that's not available, send an email to info@warmane.com instead.

Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
