WotLK Bonus dungeon bags empty.

I've had about 11 total so far that have been empty in the past week. I have space in my bag and it was definitely a random queue. When I opened the bag there was nothing. Is this a bug?

If you're 46-55, there's a chance you will get nothing in the bag.
