Site "password expired"

when i tryed to log in after long break it says that my password expired...
then i look on forums and see that i need to contact infowarmane so i send an email and didnt get answer even after few days...
so i created this acc just to post on forum to ask for help...
i know everything about my acc :
- username
-password (last one)
-characters and professions
-when i first join warmane
and much more
