Are you using your username and not your e-mail to log in?

yes, should i use my email instead?

i tried logging in to icecrown, and it logs me in. but not on frostwolf. tried 2 accounts both failed though they both worked earlier today

Check that the realmlist is right, then also delete everything inside Cache / wtf folder, hopefully that fixes it.
