Account suspended for due to suspicious activity - RB

I just logged in after a 5 months break and I had this message :
Your IP Address (91.204.15.0) has been suspended for due to Suspicious Activity - RB

Support doesn't work cause I'm suspended and no one replied to my email to [email protected]
I can log in to the game with no problem since this is not even my IP address but I can't use the website
PS: I don't use VPN

The reason why you're suspended/banned is always shown when you click on the "My account" tab. Also make sure no other user entered your account from another IP address or changed the password!

If you can't get any help using your account, make an alt and try your luck with that! Good luck!
