[ANSWERED]Not being able to accept new quests

Hello, i made an in-game ticket but i am not sure where i should actually talk to the admin team

I have a lot of NPCs with grey exclamation marks over their heads, which tells me i'm too low level to accept the quests. I grinded some levels, tried to relog, everything i could go but the same issue continues.

I searched on google, wondering : "maybe i need 1 more level" but i found out that actually i was 2-3 level ahead of the requirement already. I tested this problem in both Tarren Mill and Splintertree Outpost in Ashenvale. Both villages give me the same problem. I am currently lvl 22 and i get no more new quests to accept.

I would like help because i am currently not being able to level up my character.

EDIT: I am able to accept quests other people share to me if i'm eligible for them, so i'm guessing the bug is talking to the NPCs
EDIT2: You may close this topic, i am just low-level for those quests. I got misled by people saying they did those areas in my level and google searchs that probably gave me a wrong patch of the game. I'm sorry for wasting anyone's time.
