<Liife> <H> Semi-Hardcore [EU] Raiding-Guild


Who are we:


We are a bunch of people from all kind of private servers and expansions found together on this Server. We are a newly formed Guild that wants to progress to SWP as fast as possible (Currently finished with T4, starting T5). Our raid-leading staff are experienced and have a heavy raiding History on different private Servers/Retail. Currently we are raiding 3 days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Sunday) from 16:30 – 17:00 Server Time.


What do we expect from you:


  1. Atleast 70-100% attendance for Raids (We don’t need slackers that think they only need to signup to raid when they feel like)
  2. Farming Heroics 2-3 days a week for SWP (Vendor) Gear.
  3. Have everything prepared before raid, that includes enchants/gems/food/flasks/potions/reagents
  4. We want skilled players that know how to play their class, we don’t want that we need to tell you what you should do and what you shouldn’t etc.
  5. A working microphone/headset is mandatory for every Raid so, if you don’t have those don’t consider joining.
  6. A working computer that doesn’t blow up while you are Raiding.
  7. A stable Internet connection so that you can actually play the game
  8. We don’t want negative Attitude. Be friendly with guild member and non-guild members. We don’t want be known as a Toxic Guild.



The 10 Commandments (Guild Rules):

  1. Be on time for raidinvites when signed up.
  2. Get on Discord at once when you receive your raid invite.
  3. You will be ready for raid with consumables when invites start.
  4. You shall be repaired before entering a raid.
  5. We have a list of required addons for raiding, these are NOT optional.
  6. We prefer you bring gems and mats for enchants to raids so you can get your gear sorted at once when it drops.
  7. If you are a class with buffs, you will sort out raid buffs amongst others of your class automatically at raidstart. This also includes locks having shards.
  8. You will know during raids who are supposed to speak and who’s not, this is mainly the RL and a few others. Voice com discipline is important.
  9. If you need to AFK during raids you must tell the Raidleader in a whisper and make sure you get a reply so the RL knows you are afk.
  10. Bring a good mood to raids, it helps everyone staying motivated.



Recruitment:

As we finished with T4 Content our current Recruiting list looks like followed:
  • Restoration Shamans [HIGH]
  • Enhancmenet Shaman [LOW]
  • Holy Priests [HIGH]
  • Holy Paladin [HIGH]
  • Balance Druid [LOW]
  • Restoration Druid [HIGH]
  • Feral Druid [LOW]

Every class/specc which is not listed here is not needed or will be only taken with exceptions.


Loot System:

Our current Loot System is Loot Council. From our experience from past Raiding Guilds we figured out that Loot Council is far superior than the bull**** DKP and Rolling System. Of course, this only goes for relevant Items, that have use. Items that are completely **** or useless will be rolled.

Required Addons:

We require you to have a working DPS/Aggro Meter and DBM/BigWings. Also, signups will happen via Ingame Addon called “Group Calendar”. Paladins also need have “PallyPower” to sort out their Buffs.
