WotLK Collect points error

I currently have 0 points, whenever I try to click on collect points a message comes by "You do not have any points to collect.". I have been trying to do that for the last couple of weeks already. no points comes in and it doesn't direct me to any website or anything. it just comes up with that error.
I have tried different browsers from different PCs and the same error just comes up, I would really appreciate any suggestions upon that issue that I'm having.

You need 1000 achievement points to collect points.
