[ANSWERED]RDF sabotage

A while ago I read a post on the forums talking about the issue of people refusing to do certain RDF's and spamming "plz kick" and not willing to join or do anything in such dungeon. If I recall correctly we got a GM reply saying that from now on that would be subject of punishment. If so, could it be updated in the rules, and perhaps warn the people right when they join RDF?
