Why isnt battered hilt dropping? they removed it from lootpool in fos pos?

If you done the quest it won't drop for you, as well it is meant to be a rareish drop.

so there was lowering drop rate fix? because bh is worth 9k all of sudden now, not 3-5k

I can confirm this, I've been farming fos pos hc for numerous time but not seeing a single hilt drop. Loot table changed too, I'm not seeing ilvl 200 epic BoE anymore, and less green drop.

It's so frustrating, if they don't want us to farm these instance, they should mention it in "change log" or announce it somewhere.
This feels like they don't want us to farm gold this way, and it's not blizzlike. Blizzard will allow farming any instance without restricting loot drop.
