Technical Players disrupting gameplay

A player by the name Velouchiotis mounts his mammoth and stand on top of the mailbox on purpose. He's been doing it for the past 2 weeks or even more, are having trouble accessing the mailbox near the auction house in orgrimmar, and instead have to go to another mailbox. He is wasting other players' time and when addressed about his behavior he replies with toxicity and mockery. I am a premium player and I demand this person to be disciplined or I can - and I will - refund all my donations and leave the server indefinitely. If this doesn't count as "disrupting gameplay" then I don't know what does.

It's not considered bannable because you can use another mailbox. If he was covering a portal in dalaran, that would be bannable because there is only 1 of each portal. If you want an answer from a GM about this, you can make a support ticket in game. But you will most likely get a similar answer.
