    Account recovery

    Hello,

    I have tried to log into my other account related to the email address [email protected] but failed. The 'Forgot password' or 'Forgot username' options have both failed in sending any emails to my address. As a reference one of my characters is named 'osgaliath'. I haven't accessed this account for at least one year. Could you help me recover my account? Thank you in advance.
