[ANSWERED]Need some question answered for TBC server

So i get information from people to ask around get into a guild and find people or a group to play with, but ive done all those things and ive gotten no help is this normal for Out Lands server?
I found this server out about a month ago and i get very little time to play and thats reason why im looking for help in leveling, now with my luck and everything i do not trying to complain but i end up doing everything on my own no matter what it is. And looks like i have to donate and boost a character if im not trying to take another month or two or longer to get level 70 so im also wondering if Pre Paid credit cards will work for donations.
