WotLK Recustomization

Greetings , I've just bought recustomization for my lordaeron character , and it says "Could not customize character" everytime I press accept , like I tried everything possible , I gave up , can you fix it or give me back my coins , appreciate it

Is it just me or happened to others? I mean if it happened many times why dont they just disable it instead of wasting money on nothing

After you bought that service, you could change your char's appearance ingame (log-in). There is a sign on the left side that your char is ready to recostume.

Is the problem after you logged-in and changed your char? A possible problem is maybe the name which is used by a level 1 char (or another person basically)

After you do the recustomization you press accept , it says "Could not customize character" , I tried all names , possible , so its not a matter of name , its just not working

Try opening a ticket in My account> Support

I tried to change only name and it worked accidently, wasted recustomization for a random rename , so nice....

It's because of wotlk client with WoD character models. Some of the hair styles or facial hair don't work when selected on that screen.
