Is it still available to spend coins into character lvl boosting ? If yes, how?

Only Icecrown: Log in your acc panel, services, level 80 boost/level up

Char trading needs 1 donation done before you can buy chars. Some ppl have coins by giftings and not by donations, that's why I mentioned it.
