WotLK Quest tracking

Hello, I'm new to the WoW, this is my first post on forums so don't mind me if I post this in wrong sections. Last time I played WoW (some 10 years ago) - as far as I remember whenever I took quests, I would get some dots on the minimap showing me where to go. How do I turn that on? I can't find any quests that I take. I mean I can, but I always need to open full map like every 20 seconds or so. Please help

Wow worked in this way that you must open the map to see the locations. You should download addons like Carbonite or Quest helper for your request.

Thank you very much, I didn't know about addons. I installed Quest helper and it works fine right now, much easier than looking at the map all the time.
