My donation weapon is gone

Yesterday I wanted to do a rdf hc and I realied my weapon was gone, mithrios Bronzebeard legacy hc I have contacted the staff in game and I waited for 3 hours before logging out.
Is there anyway that I can get my weapon back?
My chars name is PallySally (alliance) on the icecrown server
