Hi there.

Is there any sort of a limit to a single character obtaining a x amount of scroll of deceptions trough drops?

I have 3 different characters and my main char has not gotten any scrolls for about a month (and i hardcore raid with it every week) while my other 2 chars would get 1 scroll every week and a half.

Is there an unspoken rule about them ? Has the drop chance been lowered for chars that obtained a lot of them?
