WotLK Ashen Band of Endless Overpowerness?

Hey peeps, I was wondering; if I were to donate for a second Ashen Band Ring on my paladin (lets say I have vengeance now and donate for might,) I know that I will indeed be able to equip them both at the same time, however, I noticed that their proc buffs are under the same ID in twinhead, so my question is, will the two rings' effects be able to stack or will just one trigger the ICD of the other?

using both ICC rep ring at same time is bannable, so...
You can donate for a second one to use for a different spec ( so you do not need to change the ring at npc and spending gold everytime)

WOAH!! That information certainly came in valuable before I got myself to do it and actually try it out. Is there a masterpost containing such unwritten, unspoken rules, because if no, I certainly believe there should be one. Thanks for the input!

Edit: Thinking about it, none is needed as it makes sense. The donation system allows people to obtain gear without obtaining unobtainable by other people advantages, so what should befall that category should be common sense... Even though I do occasionally witness that one warrior with Bauble... But I guess, DKP? This can be closed now.

it is not like that if you are dealing dmgs on a dummy with both equipped you get instant banned... but if you do BG/Arena or Raid with both equipepd and someone report you then you may be banned for exploit/abusing.

I wonder why they do not make every version unique-equipped with each other to avoid any kind of abusing from donator but whatever.
I am not gonna try to look for a post mentioning that but you may open a ticket in-game by asking to a GM if equipping 2 ICC rep ring at same time is allowed or not ( even if x1 got via rep and the other one via Store)
