[ANSWERED]Not being able to win trivia, even through I'd give the right answer.

So I've answered probably over 20 times after I won a trivia maybe two months ago.
Even if I answer in the first 5 seconds of the question asked, it's ignored for 2 minutes until somebody else comes up with an answer.
Sometimes I answer accurately and it's ignored as "Nobody Answered".
Is there a cool down for when I can win it or am I ignored for a different reason?

It is never ignored, I always reward the first correct answer. You may think you answer first but other players are faster.
