WotLK Unable to use coins

I bought coins approximately a week ego. Every time I try to redeem those coins it says I need two factor authentication for at 3 days, However when I look at my account it says I have had it for at least week. Is there a way to fix this? I was able to use coins to by some bags right off the bat, so that wasn't a problem. Thanks in advance.

Make sure 2 step authentication is still enabled. If it's still enabled and it has been more than 3-4 days, make a support ticket on website here.
