IP ban due to advertisement

Hello, fellow Warmane players. I am writing in here because I am totally furious due to the fact that I have had a second account of mine banned due to advertising, although I HAVEN'T EVEN POSTED A DAMN PHOTO OF THIS BOOTLEG SERVER.
Another problem is that apparently ip banned accounts cannot create support tickets and explain to the warmane staff that banning people for no reason is unacceotable.
